From 14th October 2018, rail services throughout Wales and Borders will be operated by Keolis Amey Operations / Gweithrediadau Keolis Amey Limited (KAO) operating as Transport for Wales Rail Services
As a result, Arriva Trains Wales will no longer provide ticket buying facilities on its website (www.arrivatrains.wales) and your customer account on this site will be closed at midnight on 13th October 2018. Rest assured this will not impact the collection or validity of any train tickets you may have already purchased from Arriva Trains Wales and ticket exchanges and refunds will still be possible as normal.
From 14th October www.tfwrail.wales will be the new website for train times, buying tickets and associated rail service information. On this website you can also set up a new customer account from the 14th October.
